Another thing to remember is that next year SU will feature an athlete from a Rhode Island high school in Demetrius Nichols. This has been a key component for wining Syracuse sports teams. The 1992 indoor track champs featured 2 RI athletes including yours truly, lacrosse had Kris Photopolous for two of their titles....just something to ponder.
